Prices listed are for calligraphy only, and do not include envelopes or other supplies. You will send us your envelopes, escort cards, place cards, etc, and then we will send them back to you. If you need help ordering product please let us know and we would be happy to help.

Emily Kathryn Calligraphy Pricing
Emily Kathryn specializes in our own unique modern style that is signature to EK. We can modify this style to add more flourishing, or simplify it.
Use these examples shown to get a better idea of our calligraphy style. Note: due to the hand natured quality some letters may vary from the examples shown.
Color is one of the most important aspects of your wedding. Color accentuates the theme, sets the tone and brings life to your special day. When picking your unique color palette, think about your venue, flowers you always dreamed of, and specific décor you are planning on including.
Be aware of your stationery selection and the use of color, foiling, printing processes, and envelope color choices for how the colors you choose may be distracting or overwhelming.
Looking for a color not shown below? No problem – we’d be happy to mix a custom ink for you. Just let us know the Pantone color and we’ll match it.

Please submit your lists exactly how you would like them to appear on the envelopes. Please double check your list, especially names and zip codes. If you have an inner envelope, please have those names in a separate column. Also, any abbreviations should be spelled out. Unless otherwise specified, I will write the address exactly as it appears.
Lists can be submitted in either Microsoft Word or Excel format. (Preferably excel)
Please be sure to have your list in alphabetical format
* For envelope addressing please provide a minimum of 20% extra envelopes
in case of additional addresses and/or errors.
PAYMENT + DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required to hold your place on the calligraphy calendar. As soon as you have contacted Emily about her availability, we will send you an electronic invoice. This may be paid online by card or personal check, and your spot will be reserved as soon as the deposit is received. This deposit is applicable toward your order and is refundable until work on your project begins. Once work begins, we are not able to give refunds due to the handwritten nature of the work. The remainder of payment is due when your project is completed upon being ready for shipping.
Standard turnaround is approximately two to three weeks from the time that we receive both your envelopes and final mailing list. (can be shorter, or longer due to specs of the project. We can asses this upon placing your order.) However, we do recommend that you book your order as soon as you know you would like to use our services to the reserve the time in our calendar as it does fill up in advance.. Please know that we do not guarantee exact return dates and that delays in receipt of materials and/or receiving the final mailing list will result in delays to your return date as well. We can also not guarantee shipping providers exact delivery dates, weather may also effect this.
